What is Regulation Method Training?

 

The Regulation Method™ Training is an 8-week program designed to help practitioners bridge the gap between applied neuroscience and compassionate client care.

Created for coaches, trainers, therapists, yoga teachers, and wellness professionals, this training equips you to confidently integrate brain-based tools into your work, while staying rooted in attunement, presence, and safety. 

This training is for you if you want to understand your clients beyond surface-level behaviors, and recognize how trauma responses, like fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, show up in real time.

You’ll learn to interpret symptoms as signals from the nervous system rather than problems to fix, allowing you to approach each client with clarity and compassion.
