Until the body starts communicating more loudly — through fatigue, pain, anxiety, brain fog, shutdown, tension, emotional reactivity.
Not because the body is broken. Because the nervous system has been trying to survive for a very long time. And it's running out of ways to quietly compensate.
The Question Most People Aren't Asking
Most people stuck in this cycle keep asking: "Why can't I push through this?"
But the question that actually leads somewhere is: "What would help my nervous system feel more supported, predictable, and safe?"
That shift — from forcing to understanding — is where real change becomes possible.
