He believes each client is unique, therefore each client will be motivated by something different; they’ll also move differently, eat differently and pursue different goals. He is here to help them become a better expert in their body and to understand how it is possible to find a program that will work for them and their lifestyle. He enjoys helping clients learn how to move with intention, feel capable, and confident in and outside the gym. He is a strong believer in longevity, growth, and enjoying life with the utmost importance of both the body and mind. He is a great active listener and finds ways to be supportive and add value to each session.
